Follow Richie, an unknown Boston playwright on his journey to take his #metoo movement drama stage play, Mommy, Are We Poor? to the silver screen. Watch this fish out of water as he knocks on doors, seeking advice from Hollywood directors, and producers, and even ambushing actors at an autograph show to pitch his script! 

Armed only with dogged determination, cockeyed optimism, and his screenplay, Richie is prepared to either pick the lock or cut a hole in the fence at midnight to break into Hollywood. He’ll stop at nothing to get his play about Chelsea, a young, widowed single mother of two, struggling to make ends meet while being sexually harassed by her boss, made into a feature film. 

Will his dream make it to the screen? Or will his pitch end up in the ditch? The journey is underway.
